Alc/Vol 14.5% Kosher for Passover Mevushal: No. Tender loving care in the Dalton Winery, and over a year aging in the finest barrels has produced a Merlot of subsantial quality. The wine is showing classic varietal qualities of plums and fruitcake, balanced by subtle shades of vanilla. Will benefit from 10-15 minutes of breathing before being served. Recommended serving temperature: 61 to 64 degrees Fahrenheit.
